1. All Sales Are Final

Once a purchase is completed, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This applies to all products, including:

  • Black China Pottery & Fine Art Collectibles
  • Books, Ebooks, and Digital Products
  • NFTs and Blockchain-Certified Artwork

2. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return under this EU policy:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns under this policy may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees, which will be communicated upon request.

3. Product Descriptions & Authenticity

  • Art and collectibles are sold with official Certificates of Authenticity issued by Wealth Enterprises.
  • Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before purchasing.

4. Digital & NFT Purchases

All digital downloads, eBooks, and NFTs are non-returnable, as they are immediately accessible upon purchase.

5. Fraud Prevention & Unauthorized Claims

Any unauthorized attempts to return or dispute charges will be addressed through legal channels, ensuring the protection of William Verdult’s intellectual property and brand integrity.
